Devotees of the Mountain

From WinterWiki

The first of the monkly orders, the Devotees of the Mountain are those that follow the beliefs of Kivi. Firm in their beliefs, they practice strengthening and forging themselves into physical and mental perfection, hammering the flaws out of their bodies through strict discipline. Though not cruel, they are uncaring and stoic, striving to purge the emotions from their souls as they strive to harden themselves more and more. Most members are strictly lawful neutral, though a few renegade monasteries have drifted to a goodly path, taking Mod as their patron instead and practicing temperance with their discipline. Calling themselves the Strength of the Mountain, the 'moral' Devotees have changed little of their core beliefs, but are still different enough to be recognized as such.
